A student, after completing his/her education, impatiently searches for a good job. But jobs are never easily achievable. A lucky person may hardly get a good job. Now the time is changing. Now a day, a well-educated person need not waste his/her time searching for a job. Freelancing outsourcing is giving us a golden opportunity of self-employment through the internet. You can get many jobs from online jobs.
However, freelancing outsourcing is not yet very much familiar to the mass people of our country. Because of that, we are not able to enter the big market of freelancing outsourcing like India, Philippines, Pakistan, Indonesia, China, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, etc. So I would like to explain this topic in details.
WHAT IS FREELANCING?
Freelancing is a type of job which is done by a freelancer. A freelancer is a person who does not work for a company or an organization for a long time basis. He owns the total freedom to choose a job and maintain its schedule too. A freelancer does not abide by 9 AM – 5 PM office schedule. So it is more flexible due to internet connectivity. If you have a laptop and a wireless internet connection you can do any kinds of freelancing outsourcing job from anywhere.
WHAT IS OUTSOURCING?
Outsourcing is a type of job which is done by another organization, not your own. It might operate from home or abroad. The main reason for outsourcing is to minimize production cost. Mostly, the rich countries from America and Europe take this opportunity to get quality productions at a low price. Mainly, IT-based jobs like Data Processing, Web Programming, Graphics Designing, Multimedia, Virtual Assistant, and much more are outsourcing from various countries.
Many popular websites create opportunities for freelancing outsourcing. These are named Freelancer Marketplace. Two types of users in the Freelance Marketplace. First one called Buyer or Client who offers a job. And others called Freelancer or Contractor who does the job.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are a lot of freelancers apply for one job. Freelancers must mention their competitive price and quickest time frame for finishing the job. It is called Bid. Then, Buyer takes interview of shortlisted freelancers and selects the right one among them.
But usually, a Buyer selects a Contractor based on his or her experiences, price rate, and time frame. After this selection process, Buyer deposits the whole or partial amount of money for that particular project on an account named Escrow (not in all marketplaces) which gives payment security for the Contractors.
The Contractor submits the work in the marketplace for the Buyer’s scrutiny after completing. If everything is up to the mark, Buyer receives the work and marketplace authority releases the payment for Contractor from Escrow. However, the Marketplace site receives a service charge (10% – 20%) from Contractor’s income. Then they allow Contractors to send the money to their bank account in various ways such as Local Bank Transfer, Payoneer Debit Card, PayPal, etc. That’s the short story about freelancing outsourcing.
